Cotswold Dental Specialists has, since 1999, been the referral practice for more than a 50-mile radius of Cirencester. The practice has a number of attending specialists and is able to offer a wide range of integrated, advanced, multidisciplinary dental treatments, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and tooth whitening, crowns, bridges, dentures, oral surgery, gum problems, bite problems.

What is a Specialist?
Specialists are dentists who:

• Have undertaken a lengthy period of formal further training after qualifying
• Have additional qualifications for example FDSRCS (Fellow in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of
Surgeons)
• Are recognised by the General Dental Council as specialists and whose names appear on the Council’s
specialist register
• Are, have held, or are eligible to hold Consultant or other senior positions in the Health Service.
